• Flooring: 45 Days to Change Your Mind 

    It's important to us that you're happy with your From The Forest purchase, and we will back that up with our return policy.

    We have an extended policy for flooring because we understand you may not open a box right away. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can return it within forty five (45) days, except for our From The Forest sample orders, limited edition or clearance items, and moldings. While we hope it doesn't come to this, we will make it as painless as possible by providing return shipping labels or arranging a return BOL.

    Refunds will be issued by the same method as your original payment. Refunds will be processed for the returned material less return shipping costs, and up to a 10% restocking fee. Highlands Pro Solid Hardwood may incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • WallPlanks: 30 Days to Change Your Mind 

     If for some reason, even after ordering samples, your order isn’t quite right, we will do our best to fix that. Products must be returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition. Product should be returned in its original packaging unless packaging is too damaged. In this case we recommend you contact us for packaging instructions. Unless the product itself is faulty we may refuse the return or offer an exchange credit if the return criteria is not fully met. When returning an item, please make sure to include the foam inserts and securely tape the ends before dropping your package off at your nearest UPS store.  

    If your return is received back to our warehouse damaged due to poor packaging, up to a 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us at info@fromtheforest.com . 

    If the returned items are inspected and they are clearly used, or the damage seems to be from customer error, we retain the right to refuse a refund. All refunds will be issued after inspection of product. Return shipping cost for pre-paid label will be deducted from the total refund. 

    In addition to the "30-day Satisfaction Guarantee", Wallplanks is covered by a 25 Year Residential Warranty. 

    Items exempt from being returned are final sales, Clearance items, samples, and floor moldings. Any shipping and brokerage charges associated with the order will not be refunded. 

    Only purchases made directly from FromTheForest.com qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee. For all other purchases, please contact your authorized reseller for merchant guarantees.

Love it or Exchange it

  • If you wish to exchange your order, you must do so within 45 days of receiving your full order. A shipping fee will be applied to any exchange order, unless faulted by From The Forest. Our exchange process starts by submitting a return request or through the help of customer service. A new paid order would then be placed for the exchange order. Once the return is received, a refund will be issued on the original order. Refunds will be issued for the returned material. No exchanges are accepted after thirty (45) days or if the product has been installed or altered in any way. Please take the time to inspect your order upon delivery to ensure everything arrived as expected.

  • Out of Stock Orders/Backorders

    If a product is out of stock, please reach out to our customer service team. Our team will help you to place a backorder for the products out of stock. 

    If you need to, you can cancel a backorder. For cancellation of unproduced orders received at least seven days prior to material production, there is no penalty for cancellation. If cancellations occur in the seven days prior to the estimated manufacture/ship date, the customer will only receive a 90% refund of the original order. For example: If your lead time is 6 weeks, you would have 5 weeks to cancel. We apologize for the inconvenience. This policy is to account for the labor and manufacturing rescheduling our team has put into backorder accommodations.  

  •  Orders on Hold Pending Ship Dates

    A 50% deposit is required for all products being held at the facility pending a ship date.  If items are added to the order after the initial deposit, an additional amount is required to be paid to maintain the balance of 50% of the entire order.  In the event a cancellation of the unshipped order is received prior to the 60-day mark, a 5% cancellation fee for unshipped orders under $15,000 and 15% on unshipped orders over $15,000 will be deducted from the deposit.  After 60 days and up to the 6-month mark, a cancellation fee of 15% for unshipped orders under $15,000 and 25% for unshipped orders over $15,000 will be deducted from the deposit amount.  At or after the 6-month mark, any orders remaining unshipped, without pre-negotiated terms with FTF for a shipping date and balance due payment agreement, will be cancelled and the full deposit paid forfeited by the customer.

  • Samples are Non-returnable

    Please note that samples are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do offer a coupon for full carton orders for the value of your sample purchase. Please contact us to get your coupon code. Thank you for choosing our products!

  • Missing Items 

    If you are missing material, please contact customer service right away. Please call 715-201-3258 or email info@fromtheforest.com . If you contact customer service for missing material after 30 days, sadly we are unable to approve replacements or submit a missing package claim with the carrier.   

  • Missed your return day window? 

    You're in luck! From The Forest wants to make sure you're completely satisfied with your items. All cartons can still be returned for an online credit up to one hundred (100) days after placing your original order. A credit will be issued by a unique discount code for the returned material, less the total shipping costs, and a 15% restocking fee. Your returned material must uphold our return policy by being returned in new and unused condition and if possible, include the original packaging. Please submit the Return/Exchange form found at the bottom of this page to initiate your request. 

    Should your one hundred (100) days pass, From The Forest will not be able to offer an online credit or refund. 

  • Price Adjustment Accommodations 

    We are happy to honor a previous sale price within 7 days from your date of purchase with the exception of Black Friday or Cyber Week promotions. Your price accommodation may be honored by providing a personalized online discount code you can use towards a future Wallplanks.com purchase. This discount code cannot be used in conjunction with a current sale of 35% or greater. Please contact customer service at info@fromtheforest.com for a price accommodation and further order stipulations. 

  • How to Cancel Your Order? 

    If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please call customer service at 715-201-3258 or email info@fromtheforest.com as quickly as possible. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. This cancellation fee applies to all orders. 

  • Re-routing Fee 

    If you need to change the destination address of your order after the cartons have shipped, please call customer service at 715-201-3258 or email info@fromtheforest.com. Please note there is a $25.00 fee per tracking number for all re-route shipping requests. Re-route fees will be paid in full before we will re-route your order. 

How to initiate a Return

If you wish to return or exchange your order, please email us by clicking the SUBMIT A RETURN button below. We ask that you also provide a photo of your unboxed material before a return will be approved. Once received, a From The Forest® expert will contact you regarding your request and provide return shipping options.
